Responsibilities:

Recruitment (graduate recruitment, entry level positions, professionals and middle management) positions)
Employee induction
T&D (identification of development needs, development programs creation and follow up)
Performance evaluation
Employer branding
Acting as a HR Manager for 3-4 departments
Taking part in HR projects (recognition and mentoring programme, surveys etc.)

Requirements:

University degree
1- 1.5 + year of successful recruiting experience within multinational company/ recruitment company

Commercial and customer focus, team spirit, achievement drive, adaptability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

English - at least Intermediate (preferably - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced)
PC User (Excel)
