In this respect Human Resources partners with line management
to create strategies, systems, and tools that attract, develop,
challenge, motivate and reward our people.
 
Learning& Development HR Manager
 
Responsible for:

 planning, design and delivery of learning and
development interventions based on strategic choices of the
business and needs of the organization
evaluation of process and tools of learning process in order to
maximize individual and group performance
conducting learning and development needs analyses and
assessments, as required

 L&D manager:

stays and is recognized as an expert in learning practice
works with HR manager and Leadership team to provide
training and developmental opportunities for employees
leads assessments; identifies and measures competencies’
gaps, recommends and provides learning and development
solutions
